We met at a jewellery expo. This is the system I showed you.
Send your new collection to every customer.
Not 256 at a time, but thousands. One campaign reaches your whole customer list, and you see who actually opened it.
From ₹2,500/month · Free setup included · 30-day money-back guarantee ·
We usually reply the same day.
You'll talk to the founder directly.
Built for how jewellery showrooms actually sell. One showroom number, your whole team, your whole customer list.
How it works
One campaign, followed all the way to the counter
This is a single customer moving through Semora, from a Diwali campaign to a set kept aside for a Saturday visit.
Your Diwali collection goes out to your whole list
One campaign to every customer you have. You see how many were delivered and how many were actually opened, name by name.

Priya asks the price. Your team answers from one inbox.
She replies to the campaign asking about the Kundan Polki set. Neha quotes ₹1,85,000, offers EMI, and books her in for Saturday, all from the shared inbox, so anyone on the floor can pick the conversation up.

Priya is negotiating at ₹1,65,000. Arjun was never called.
Every serious enquiry sits in your pipeline with a follow-up date. The deals you are close to closing are visible, and so are the ones nobody got back to.

That last card is the whole point. Every showroom has an Arjun Nair. Semora makes him impossible to miss.
Screens show sample data from a demo account.

Customer story
A real story from a business like yours
“Earlier, we were using a cheaper broadcasting tool and three of our WhatsApp numbers got banned. It became a big issue because we could not send offers to our customers. Since we started using Semora, we have not had to worry about this. We recently sent a message about a sale, and the response was really good. Many customers came to our stores after seeing it.”

FAQ
Questions owners ask before signing up
Still unsure about something? Message us and you'll hear back the same day.
Far more than the 256 the WhatsApp app caps you at. A new number starts with a daily sending limit that rises quickly as your customers receive and open your messages. We set your first campaigns up so that limit climbs fast, and in practice you are reaching your whole customer list within your first few sends.
Harsh Mehta
Founder, Semora
From the founder
Why I built Semora
I'm Harsh Mehta. I have a master's in computer science and spent five years in the US building enterprise financial software at State Street, a Fortune 500 firm. I then returned to India to be closer to family and run my family's trade supply business.
Running it showed me a problem the enterprise software I'd built never touched. Most of our sales happen on WhatsApp: enquiries, quotations, follow-ups, repeat orders, all buried inside conversations. A customer who asked for a price in March gets contacted again only if someone remembers. An enquiry that lands at 9pm is under forty other messages by morning.
Your sales already happen on WhatsApp. They just deserve to be treated like a real sales process.
That's why I started Semora. Enquiries get tracked, follow-ups happen on time, and you see where your sales are actually coming from.
We're a young company, and that has one advantage: you get me directly. I run every onboarding myself and stay reachable on WhatsApp long after you sign up, not as a support policy, just how I'd want this done for my own business.
